Elk Reserve outside Grand Junction, Colorado

Elk Reserve: Details & Location

A beautiful drive through Colorado National Monument delivers you to Elk Reserve, a 901 acre property just 30 minutes from Grand Junction. We have carefully situated 25, 35-acre lots on the property, each site taking full advantage of the views and natural characteristics of the ranch.

Situated adjacent to Colorado National Monument and Glade Park, the location and extra bit of elevation make for a cooler summer climate with pleasant breezes. Offering views of the Grand Valley, the Book cliffs, and the Grand Mesa, this property is comprised of Juniper trees, oak bushes and three ponds. The vegetation and climate provide a friendly environment for a wide variety of birds and animals including elk, deer, hummingbirds and bluebirds. The site is convenient to skiing, fishing, hunting, wineries and fruit orchards. Adjacent to County roads, the Elk Reserve is close to the Grand Junction airport while maintaining seclusion and an abundance of nature.

The Elk Reserve is an investment and a lifestyle for 25 select owners. Feel free to contact us with any questions via the Contact Page.
